We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Services Advisor to join our established and experienced People team in AXA Ireland, reporting into the People Services Team Lead.

As one of the teams People Services Advisors, you will be accountable for providing direct backing to AXA employees, other People colleagues and company management by handling a variety of People-related duties, delivering consistent and accurate advice,

The main duties will involve;

  • Strong customer focussed delivery for our employees across Ireland on queries relating to People policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the input for employee payroll, liaising with employees and stakeholders to ensure that information is accurate and provided to the Payroll team for processing by the appropriate timelines
  • Deliver on Reward activities such as annual bonus, salary increases, reward statements and share schemes, and take necessary action for benefits and leaves administration
  • Advocate & steer HR projects as required, helping to deliver on the People strategy
  • Keep our People systems accurately updated and guide employees with any queries
  • Proactively use reporting and systems available to effectively manage our processes
  • Work across the People team to ensure best practise and common approach
  • Maintain a high level of privacy & discretion at all times

Your Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HR Advisor/Generalist
  • Essential - HR/CIPD qualification
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ HR systems experience
  • Proactive and positive attitude with excellent interactive skills, making naturally good first impressions and with the ability to be tactful, diplomatic and professional
  • Strong knowledge on employment legislation in Republic of Ireland and familiarity with company terms and conditions of employment
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection obligations and privacy as applies to a HR professional
  • Good excel skills and creative ability to maintain reporting
  • Positive influencer with the ability to interact with people from a variety of different seniority, cultures and business disciplines
  • Excellent organising and planning with a keen attention to detail
