Sword Security are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Galway, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Toronto.


Event Customer Care Team - Galway

Sword are recruiting for Event Customer Care Team Members for part time, ad hoc support roles in Galway. Please note this is an in-person role at our event sites.


Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
  • Provide information and direction to customers
  • Comply with the instructions of your team leader
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Proven experience in a customer care or steward role is preferred.
  • A positive and energetic approach to your job.
  • Must be willing to work as part of the team.
  • Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to smile!


Salary: €13 per hour & Sunday Premium
