Strategic Planner We are recruiting an experienced Strategic Planner to join our expanding Marketing & Communications Team to help drive the strategic and profitable growth of the firm. Responsibilities Responsibilities include conducting market research, formulating strategies, and implementing development plans.
- Conducting extensive primary and secondary research.
- Analysing research, data and trends.
- Identifying insights, challenges and opportunities and developing hypotheses and communicating recommendations to key decision makers
- Creating competitive reviews and situational analyses.
- Developing brand architecture, positioning, strategy and messaging
- Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces
- Managing voice of customer survey.
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Third-level degree in a Business or Marketing discipline with a solid academic record
- 5 years experience in a busy corporate or complex matrix environment
- Prior experience as a brand strategist or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience leading client meetings.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Creative and compelling storyteller.

- Excellent presentation & report writing skills, including summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations
