Strategic Planner We are recruiting an experienced Strategic Planner to join our expanding Marketing & Communications Team to help drive the strategic and profitable growth of the firm. Responsibilities Responsibilities include conducting market research, formulating strategies, and implementing development plans.

  • Conducting extensive primary and secondary research.
  • Analysing research, data and trends.
  • Identifying insights, challenges and opportunities and developing hypotheses and communicating recommendations to key decision makers
  • Creating competitive reviews and situational analyses.
  • Developing brand architecture, positioning, strategy and messaging
  • Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces
  • Managing voice of customer survey.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
Experience:
  • Third-level degree in a Business or Marketing discipline with a solid academic record
  • 5 years experience in a busy corporate or complex matrix environment
  • Prior experience as a brand strategist or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience leading client meetings.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative and compelling storyteller.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Excellent presentation & report writing skills, including summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations
