About the team/ Role
The Product BP team plays a key role in the success of organisational operations by supporting requests from stakeholders for different lines of business. The Central OPS-BP team comprises of TT-Product BP, TT-Live BP, and Emerging Products BP. The Central team is based in Beijing, Shanghai, Dublin, and Singapore, and collaborates closely with the Regional BPs that are based in Singapore, Dublin, and San Jose for both Global and Regional businesses.

What will I be doing?

  • You will be working closely with global teams (PR, Policy, Product, other parties in T&S, and vendor teams) to ensure effective operationalisation of the community guidelines, safety strategies, and ad-hoc response to global events.
  • You will lead efforts in navigating XFN projects or requests, creating and implementing prioritisation and scoring models for better assessment, before developing systematic solutions as a pillar POC.
  • Coordinating with your regional team counterparts to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation of global projects in all regions.
  • You will maintaining an updated status and high-level alignment of projects that are underway by navigating XFN stakeholders through the effort of TnS-OPS teams;
  • Identifying areas of improvement and running improvement projects in all operational aspects globally.
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
  • Strong Project Management skills, with a proven track record of working with large-scale projects and stakeholders globally.
  • At least 3 year of experience in the TnS industry or similar. Great understanding of business models and products within the consumer technology space and/or internet safety.
  • Strong Product and Operation experience in the content safety space.
  • Exceptional communication and quick-learning skills, ability to understand existing and new moderation business logic, metrics, and process quickly.
  • Solid background in business analysis/ data analysis and managing Projects/programs in a fast paced environment.
  • Data driven and goal oriented mindset, competent at multi-tasking, prioritising cross-functional global projects, and providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Resilient in task-solving and open to new solutions and suggestions.
Important to know & big plus to have
  • Outstanding natural communicator, exceptional verbal, written and communication skills in English. Massive plus to have Chinese proficiency as first or second language.
  • Flexible with work schedule and different time zones- Global scope.
  • Nice to have: E commerce experience.
