The systems administrator role is a key role within the bank for configuration and implementation of applications. As an administrator, you will be tasked with installing, updating and maintaining applications for the team to which you are assigned. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on quality, cost reduction and process development
• Support the IT Management team in implementing changes in processes and systems to deliver productivity and service improvements
• Build credibility and establish good working relationships with the business, other teams within IT, Group IT / IT Services and third parties
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge and ensure the wider team is upskilled and informed in relation to administrator responsibilities

Requirements:

• An ability to learn and understand complex business and IT systems and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work on their own initiative in a demanding environment
• Working knowledge of windows servers

This is a Permanent role based in Permanent TSB Dublin .
