Job title: Coffee Shop staff for Leahy’s Open Farm
Role : Report to Coffee Shop Manager
Duties :

• Ability to carry out day to day tasks.
• Must be a good baker, cook and be able to follow recipes.
• Must have food safety training at least Level 1 and be familiar with haccp food hygiene.
• Must be able to use a till and create orders for the kitchen.
• Have a customer service type approach to dealing with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to file and keep records up to date.
• Ability to fill in forms and record details in a timely manner.
• Competent person in stock rotation and sell buy date products.
• Be able to work on own initiative.
• Be confident in dealing with customers
• Flexible to work in different environments depending on the time of the year.
• Create a good working environment and equal respect for all open farm staff and suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

Salary: €11.50-€13.50 per hour
