Implementation & Support Officer

Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a global healthcare services company, focused on providing point of care health information and enhancing the clinician-patient experiences.

We are seeking an Implementation & Support Officer oversee and manage implementation & integration for new customers.

Required:

• Several years experience in software deployment and/or software implementation on customer sites.
• Experience in successfully defining business requirements for software deployment/implementation.
• Proven experience in building relationships with new customers.
• Third level qualification in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a medical or healthcare field is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities;

• Work with internal teams (DevOps, Project Management & Customer Success) to understand new client Business Requirements.
• Work with external teams to ensure the full and effective implementation & integration of the software.
• Build and maintain the relationship with the Customers; proactively trouble shoot and solve problems
• Provide training as needed
• Support the Sales process for new customers, in terms of deployment timeframes, costs estimates and needs analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
