Job Description

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others

• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

• Performing review of the dispatch system to identifying more efficient ways to inspect our customers’ vehicles

• Completing pre-calls to customers to confirm inspection location and date.

• Attending daily huddles and participate in problem solving sessions to support sharing and problem solving.

• Researching and responding to moderately complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

Primary Skills Experience

• 6months to 3 years

• Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum 6 months of voice experience OR Graduate Freshers with good communication skills

Shift Timing

• Should be comfortable with 24x7 shifts (including Night shifts) as per business requirement

• Should be comfortable with split/consecutive offs as per business requirement
