JOB TITLE: Executive — Product Support

BASIC FUNCTION: Product Support Executive is expected to resolve queries raised on products as per fixed SLA

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that all requests from customers are handled promptly and effectively, ensuring that agreed service levels are met.
  • Should be able to develop continuous customer loyalty
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk queries and present weekly tracker to the team lead and his manager
  • Inform Management of recurring issues/problems
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Create exhaustive FAQ documents based on customer queries raised.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : Bachelor of Science/ Engineering Graduate

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support and helpdesk

Generic Skills:

  • Excellent problem solving, coordination and inter personal skills driving to results and deliveries
  • Excellent telephone manner and language communication skills
  • Excellent articulation skills
  • Ability to provide leadership in customer service and customer communication
  • Target focused and result driven.
