What You Will Achieve Working with a dynamic team of manufactruing collgues & other cross fucstional teams, you will play a critical role in delevering weekly plans.Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams.   • Manage completion of supply-related or other assigned improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including the ensuring of all prerequisites needed for the monthly plans
  • Serve as point of contact to manufacturing teams for any questions related to weekly schedules & process orders.
  • Perform root cause analysis of In process inventory deviations vs. targets and of drivers and define improvement plans.
  • As a scheduler you need to Schedule orders based on unplanned and last-minute shift-by-shift capacity availability.
  • Group orders for changeover efficiency for assigned brands on assigned resources within 10 weeks (Pack) / 12 weeks (DP)
  • Use system reports to ensure all raw materials and components are projected to be available for production for assigned brands
  • Liaise with Operations for schedule attainment visibility and planned / unplanned downtime; Share the production schedule and priorities; Maintain up to date schedule visibility in handover tools
  • Convert and release orders in the system ; allocate material to orders; update any paperwork required
  • Create, schedule, and adjust downtime holds to maintain accurate system capacity reflecting detailed resource and labor availability
  • Use and leverage of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and reporting tools including Microsoft Office.
  • Work in a complex matrix organization in within a multicultural environment, balancing needs of different stakeholders.
Qualifications Must-Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), System Application & Products experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply and Logistics management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry
  • Business analysis skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information to all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in other supply chain disciplines
