Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling customers to remind them of their service schedule, periodic maintenance, and running repair needs. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of their service schedule, periodic maintenance, and running repair needs.
2. Schedule appointments for customers and provide them with information on the services offered by the dealership.
3. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and service work.
4. Collaborate with the Service Advisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided by the dealership.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
2. Minimum Educational Qualification should be Graduation
3. Customer-focused approach, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and support.
4. Experience in similar role in the automotive industry is preferred
