Job Brief: ALLEN PNCF Division Kota, is looking for young and dynamic candidates, who have a strong academic base and are passionate to pursue their career in teaching students of class 6 to 10. Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training and after successful training candidates will be placed as Faculties.

Qualification and Eligibility: Graduate / Post-Graduate | Candidates born on /after 01 January 1996

Experience: 0-2 years

Selection Process: Written Test followed by Personal Interview

Training Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: During Training ₹ 15000 per month will be paid.

Last Date to Apply: 5th Feb. 2023

Training Description:

• Attending Training Classes on daily basis.
• Solving modules and Preparation of Notes.
• Continuous Evaluation through Written Test and Demo Sessions.
• Development of content, modules, questions and proof reading of modules.
• Interaction with students at Doubt Counters and involvement in their answer sheet evaluation.

Terms & Conditions:

• After completion of training, successful candidate can be placed as Faculty at any center in India or abroad depending upon the vacancy prevailing at that time.
• Remuneration after the training will be sole prerogative of the HR department of ALLEN Career Institute Pvt Ltd.
• Candidates not meeting the desired performance criteria during training may be asked to leave the training programme in between and Stipend from that month will not be paid.
• Training can be extended further if required.
