Team member Legal- Wholesale Bank
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
A candidate with 4-5 years PQE and currently part of legal department of a good NBFC or a bank working on the following:
1. Loan documentation/facility agreements, consortium documents;
2. Security creation and documentation including mortgages, pledge agreements, lien letters;
3. Negotiating agreements with clients;
4. Strong knowledge of RBI Regulations dealing with lending and Companies Act;
5. Team player and enthusiastic to take up new work/challenges.
