Job Description- Collection Officer
We are looking for collection officers for different location in 5 States (UP, RAJ, HR, UK, Bihar) Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Contacting customers or clients who have past due accounts to remind them of their overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or letters and / or personal Visit. Ø Developing a payment plan for customers who are unable to pay their EMI on time. Ø Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers or clients. Ø Providing regular updates to management on collection efforts and account status. Ø Working collaboratively with other departments such as customer service, accounting, and legal to resolve outstanding accounts. Ø Identifying and reporting potentially fraudulent activities related to customer accounts. Ø Developing and implementing strategies to improve collection performance. Continuously educating oneself on the latest laws and regulations related to collection.
Ø The Job involving extensive travelling as per the business requirements. Ø Any other task assigned by the management .
