Required Primary Skills:
Technologies: Java/J2EE, .Net, Python, Spark, Flink
Databases: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB
Platforms: Kafka, NGINX, IIS, Tomcat, Wildfly, Hadoop
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in storage adminstration and remote infrastructure management
  • 4+ years working experience in managing medium to large NetApp/EMC storage environment
  • Good experience in Netapp 7-Mode and C-mode administration/ Good knowledge of atleast 2 EMC enterprise class storage administration
Must-Have Skills:
Hands on experience in configuring storage replication and restoration methods.
  • Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team
  • Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
  • Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
  • Preferable to have work experience on storage migration and storage upgrade projects
  • Responsible for SLA compliance
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process
  • Technical Certification on Netapp / EMC is desired and preferred.
  • Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
