arrivia is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Recruiter to join its growing global recruiting team. The primary functions of this role will be to source, screen, present, and manage candidates across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle of recruitment: process, strategy, sourcing/screening candidates, guiding candidates through the interview process, offer negotiation/presentation
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted recruitment partner providing advice and guidance to hiring managers in all aspects of talent acquisition
• Provide excellent candidate experiences and internal client service
• Juggle multiple requisitions, across various business units, geographic locations
• Focus on high volume call center and sales staffing

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as a recruiter in a full cycle recruiting role
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work evening hours and a US schedule
