Note: This is Incentive/Commission based position (Without base pay but based on your performance after 3-4 months will take you as full time based with base pay, If you are interested and ready to take challenge please reach out to [email protected], lot of potential to earn more)

Incentive Structure:

Rate (Per hour per candidate) Incentive (Per candidate)

< 40$/Hr 20,000 Rupees (One time Fixed)

40$/Hr - 50$/Hr 25,000 Rupees (One time Fixed)

51$/Hr - 60$/Hr 1$/Hr (Around 12,500 INR Monthly upto 1,50,000 INR per year)

61$/Hr - 70$/Hr 2$/Hr (Around 25,000 INR Monthly upto 3,00,000 INR per year)

71$/Hr - 80$/Hr 3$/Hr (Around 40,000 INR Monthly upto 5,00,000 INR per year)

> 80$/Hr 4% of Billing rate (50,000 INR Monthly upto 6,25,000 INR per year)

---- Minimum of 3-10 years proven Bench sales (US Staffing) experience

----Well experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e. from Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates for consultants

----Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
----Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
----Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.

Skills: Should have excellent communication skills in English - Spoken and Written

Responsibilities and Duties

 Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly
 Having a good Database expert in Job Portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other Networking Methods.
 Have Minimum 3 Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and Consulting Industry.
 Must have a good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for the US Companies and well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience required: 3-10 Years of experience in recruiting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹99,999.99 per month.
