L&T Construction and Mining Machinery is looking for a Zonal Warranty Administrator-Chennai

What you’ll be doing

• Getting warranty support from KIPL/LTCEL, Posting of Warranty claims,
• Scrutiny of failure reports & escalate to PRO, Komtrax monitoring,
• Reconciliation of warranty claims, Site visits with KIPL team,
• Training programs to customers /Dealers,
• Monitoring MCP machines scheduled services,
• escalate field root cause analysis to PRO for product improvement,
• EHS coordination like monthly reports, Safety training & Audits, Safety suggestions,
• Dealer claims processing

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Diploma in Mechanical, electrical, automobile with 6-14 years’ experience in earthmoving industry
• Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
• Ready to travel extensively and work on machines.
• Working knowledge on computers (MS Office)
