SEEKA Technologies (Not Seeka Limited) is a project under its parent organization called Fresh Futures Australia which is an education consultant based in both Australia and Malaysia. We are developing and creating a platform that utilises A.I. to help match students and job seekers to the right opportunities relevant to them from Kindergarten up to the University along with vocational training centers and language schools and ofcourse to businesses and companies who need the right candidates. Our mission is to make it easier for anyone to find, filter and apply to educational institutions and companies in a more seamless manner.
We are currently looking to hire and train interns who want the chance to put into practice their ability to find, organise and analyse information/data in an all-rounded manner. We also have work where you could focus more on design work if you have a passion for it and as well as research if you like creating detailed reports or documents. Bellow are the important details you will need to take note of:

The minimum number of internship months we can accept is 2 months
Both International Students and Locals are welcome to apply for this position
This internship is completely work from home and international students who are based in countries at least 3 hours away from Malaysia are more than welcome to apply
People who major in anything where research and analysis are a part of their courses like Finance, Physics, Supply Chain management, etc. are also welcome to apply for this role
Job Description
Primary Tasks
Conducting business research on selected topics of interests which can be related to any other field like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law and etc. depending on your major or specialization
Analysing the data for your research and determining how the findings can affect any aspects of our operations (Ex. Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, etc)
Research and data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets for important information needed for our search engine or analytics software
Ensuring the integrity of the data/information in MS Excel files by making sure there are no errors or mistakes in them
Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:
Helping us come up with design concepts or prototype designs for our website and mobile App using Adobe XD OR marketing or social media posts and banners with tools like Canva if you like to be creative
Working with employees from other departments such as Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology, etc to work on specific tasks if needed
Clearly and openly, communicating problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director
Qualifications
Preferably from a Business Administration, Marketing or an Entrepreneurial oriented major.
Have at least a CGPA of 2.80
Able to use Google Drive, Dropbox and Skype
Experience designing with Adobe XD or Photoshop is a bonus
Experience using Figma and or Invision is a bonus
A passion for lean and mean operations is a bonus
At least good basic knowledge and skills with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Project management skills and the ability to use project management tools like Dropbox, AirTable ,Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.is a bonus
Good attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Able to organise data or information in neat fashion
Good English proficiency
Able to communicate problems and solution clearly
Some familiarity with foreign/international primary & secondary school curricula is a bonus

A bit of flexibility with working time aside from the usual 9am to 6pm (Ex. 8am to 5pm / 7:30am to 4:30pm)
