Job description
As a Customer Relations Coordinator you are responsible for providing excellent service and support to the International Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in the territory assigned to you.
Tasks and responsibilities
Key contact and support for customers worldwide
Maintain history and traceability files
Coordinate new customer approval process
Maintain and control prices
Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
Support the international sales team and sales center with up to date customer information, data, analysis and reports
Order entry (70% of your time)
Returned product handling
Consignment- and car stock management
Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business
During absence of colleague, looking after her/his accounts
Job requirements
MBO/HBO diploma
Team player with good communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written). Other languages such as French or German is a plus as is an affinity with languages in general
Experience in a similar function in an (medical) international environment is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft office and ERP systems
