Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Human Resources (HR) solutions aligned to the business and strategy of the field sales team, a results-oriented sales organization spread out over different countries in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Working collaboratively with the Sales department leadership, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will build and develop effective relationships with the leaders, managers, and employees to influence and execute HR processes and initiatives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas, including, but not limited to, employee relations, employment law and compliance, learning and development, performance management, onboarding support, off-boarding, policy implementation, and organizational change. This position will also be responsible for L&D activities for the international organization in partnership with the L&D team in the US. To be successful in this role you must possess a comprehensive and practical knowledge of HR practices, a high skill level of attention to detail, strong prioritization, and project management skills, and be creative and flexible. This position has a strong emphasis on employee relations, and requires demonstrable skill in supporting field-based, fast-paced, high-growth sales teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Acts as primary point of contact for Sales teams HR questions, issues, problems, and actions
Advise employees and managers on HR-related policies, programs, and procedures
Collaborate with department leaders to execute HR processes and associated activities and provide strategic guidance
Conduct exit interviews, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
Ensure smooth and high-impact onboarding for new hires
Ensure that legal compliance standards are met on a country by country basis
Travel as needed to support team meetings
Drive or support initiatives to help foster a positive company culture, focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, engagement, and retention
Gather and/or analyze feedback from the Sales department (including utilizing data from our annual engagement survey), and partner with HR and Sales leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for closing gaps or addressing needs
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
Assist with and guide the Sales department through the performance management process
Research and recommend external & internal training programs in alignment to learning and development needs of our employees.
Partnering with the L&D department in the US to further develop the International L&D requirements, for both Sales as well as non-Sales.
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests from employees
Liaise with the recruitment team
Serve as backup for other HR team members as needed
Perform other duties as required and assigned
A Little About Yourself:
Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of Human Resources experience, or demonstrated combination of education, training and experience
Sensitive to cultural differences when working with employees in various countries all over the world
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Demonstrated support of a distributed workforce
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Overall familiarity with benefits, performance management, and compliance
Demonstrated capability in managing employee relations, as well as promoting and maintaining positive employee relations
Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize and prioritize work
Ability to travel 10%
