Job description:
Developing, reviewing, negotiating and recording variations to projects
Resolving inquiries and problems arising from the projects
Cooperating with all parties to achieve the goal of the projects on time
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Supervising contractors work and making records of work order variation
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Collecting and analyzing data relating to the projects and preparing reports for improvement
Making suggestions to the management layer and carrying out their decisions
Reporting to the management layer timely about the variation to work orders and outcomes of the projects
Job pre-requisites:
At least two years experience in project coordinator, office management role or similar
Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
Good communication skills
2nd language skills are a big plus but not essential
Must have a reasonable level of physical fitness
Full New Zealand Drivers Licence (or equivalent) preferred (you may need to visit clients or travel between projects)
The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test
