Create Manning standard and Machine Capacity for Production and Planning. Waste Reduction, including Conversion Factor control, rounding profile review and process control. Therefore, to create waste control model and do reconciliation analysis for waste performance. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for Manufacturing Lead Time improvement of Bulk and Laboratory production
