Askblue is looking for an Application Support Analyst that will ensure day-to-day quality of service of live applications to end-users by based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second line functional support for the PnL applications
• Liaise with the business, development and other support teams
• Liaise between London and global support teams
• Prioritize, track and resolve incidents/requests using the ITSM Service Now application.
• Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases
• Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date.

Technical skills:

• Understanding of SQL
• Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server
• Experience of application support in PnL applications within the Investment Banking environment
• Familiarity of ITIL processes and methods
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products
