Askblue is looking for an Application Support Analyst that will ensure day-to-day quality of service of live applications to end-users by based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second line functional support for the PnL applications
- Liaise with the business, development and other support teams
- Liaise between London and global support teams
- Prioritize, track and resolve incidents/requests using the ITSM Service Now application.
- Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases
- Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date.
Technical skills:
- Understanding of SQL
- Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server
- Experience of application support in PnL applications within the Investment Banking environment
- Familiarity of ITIL processes and methods
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products
