Brand Manager

Your Mission:

Brand Manager leads one or more brands and is integrated in one of the Marketing areas (Beer, Ciders and Water) and reports to the Marketing Manager. Plan, develop and implement the brand strategy for the brands under responsibility, in accordance with the Marketing Annual Plan and the strategic objectives defined, concerning brand value, positioning management, brand activation, and media management. Coordinate cross-functional interdepartmental activities and perform effective stakelholder management, to guarantee the achievement of the business' P&L objectives and the growth and leadership of the brands in the domestic and export markets, as well as customer and consumer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Define, execute, and monitor the brand or sub-brand annual plan, ensuring the elaboration and implementation of the strategy, namely defining prices, distribution channels, targets, above and below line communication plan and media plan.
  • Ensures alignment with relevant stakeholders in building the plan, capturing needs and potential opportunities alignment with relevant Stakeholders
  • Assess the need for consumer / marketing trends studies and requests it to CMI team, performing analysis based on results and extracting relevant outputs to inform decision making process on new initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends in the categories under responsibility, as well as the needs and expectations of current and latent Clients and Consumers.
  • Lead the innovation process from idea generation to implementation, coordinating a cross-functional project team.
  • Ensure proper dissemination of the positioning of innovations to the Company (PR, MT, Commerce).
  • Lead and manager the annual brand activation plan, managing all related projects under responsibility, namely with regards to planning, resource management, reporting and interface between various areas of the company.
  • Manage external partners, namely regarding media management, influencers, digital and social media, activation agencies, creative agencies, and PR agencies (in liaison with internal PR team).
  • Ensure compliance with the assigned budget for each brand, ensuring all brand activities are in line with it, and alerting Marketing manager for any possible deviation.
  • Know the System Procedures (Quality, Environment, Safety and Food Safety) within the scope of the respective activity.

We want you to bring:


  • Degree and / Or Master in Management, Economics, Marketing or Communication
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing
  • 4-5 Years of relevant experience in leading companies, FMCG;
  • Brand Development experience and Experience in new product launch
  • Knowledge of Portuguese market;
  • Portuguese (Fluent);
  • English (minimum C1);
  • Resilience;
  • Ability to relate and influence;
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft office tools
  • Availability to travel national and international;
