Your responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and follow the status of the goods in the import and export areas, in order to meet the reception and delivery deadlines without deviations;
- Analyze different transport possibilities in order to have the lowest possible cost;
- Communicate directly with internal departments and external partners;
- Support improvements in transport administrative processes.
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management;
- Fluent in English (oral and written);
- Knowledge in Office tools (Excel; Word; Outlook; Visio; Teams; Powerpoint; Project);
- Knowledge in VBA, MS Excel and Power BI is a plus;
- Domain of data analysis (comparison of costs; prices; services; among others).
