What you will do
The Regional Delivery Manager reports into the Regional Delivery Manager Leader and holds the accountability and responsibility for case delivery management in the region for regionally delivered components. They are aligned to a Component or group of sub-components and own, leads and is responsible for the successful execution of Case Based Component Delivery and Performance Management. The Regional Delivery manager leads a team of Vendor agents that align to a certain area of expertise.
What you will do

E2E accountability for component delivery, including case intake, case management, case prioritization and escalation, performance management and process improvements Runs direct engagement with Regional Leaders for Component Delivery Uses control tower reporting to coordinate the operation in the region Works proactively with vendor team leads to ensure timely case resolution Is the POC for theatre teams, Partner teams and Installed Based Analysts teams for all case delivery matters Coordinates large ad hoc requests or projects (perform capacity assessment, assess ETA for resolution, agrees on frequency of status updates) eg. Mergers & Acquisitions, Bulk CRD changes, etc Works in partnership with Regional Process Managers to ensure process/policy/system changes & optimizations are implemented Holds regular checkpoints with vendor on performance metrics and delivery management Supervises Component delivery efficiency and ensure staffing levels and capacity is in line Works in constant partnership with Global Delivery Center vendor management providing visibility of vendor performance, capacity gaps and any relevant changes in region that impacts delivery Host periodic reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Who you are
Deep operational knowledge on Cisco processes, policies, capabilities, Cisco organization and x-functional teams’ alignment specifically in the Services space (both Advanced Services and Technical Services) Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills Critical thinking and time management skills Positive relationship and interpersonal skills to collaborate and present at all levels. Ability to work under pressure with excellent sense of urgence and customer experience Ability to successfully engage with Stakeholders and translate requests into clear actions to be driven Strong analytical and reporting skills - leverage analytics for problem identification High levels of accountability for service delivery Ability to handle customer concerns including at the executive level

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
