    As part of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Knowledge Management (KM) transversally serves a set-up of European Investment Banking teams in Paris, London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Milan, among others geographies, combining a young and senior population that nurtures a strong Investment Banking culture. Thus, Knowledge Management is a key part of the Investment Banking (IB) ambitious transformation strategy. Through innovative digital tools and reinforced knowledge-sharing initiatives, knowledge management strategy aims to foster a best-in-class culture in order to best assist clients and compete in a data-driven environment In this context, the new Knowledge Management Trainee will support the knowledge management activities on reinforcing the KM vision and fostering a collaborative mind-set within and among the IB population. Leveraging on data, information and documents already produced by these teams, this person will be key on organizing, improving and make the most of internal tools in order to successfully drive and achieve all the IB knowledge milestones By taking on the role of Knowledge Management Trainee, you will improve your understanding about the Investment Banking set-up, processes and tools. Moreover, benefiting from proximity to several IB key stakeholders, you will have the chance to develop a wide range of skills in a stimulating and demanding business environment. This position will also help you to enhance your analytical skills and learn the importance of attention to detail. Your experience and involvement will also enable you to extend your network, particularly within IB and CIB teams, and more broadly within BNPP Group

Your Main Activities Are

    Conduct analysis of data (quantitative and qualitative) on information extracted from knowledge repositories and several reports to identify data quality gaps Coordinate quick actions to push for data quality, promoting the adoption of IB tools and systems Collect, organize and analyse KPIs in order to monitor knowledge initiatives deployment and to implement follow-up actions Being responsible for regular audit / review actions on the relevant internal libraries Support on the organization and collection of internal data, information and documents in order to make it more easily accessible to the target population Support on the creation, review and update of KM governance and relevant processes Support on the creation of KM strategic and communication materials prior to meetings with key stakeholders Support the continuous improvements of knowledge management databases and tools, identifying gaps and collecting regular feedback with users and all the remain Investment Banking community Actively promote change management to foster information-sharing and a data-driven culture Actively perform researches on knowledge management trends in a way to contribute with insightful inputs and to continuously feed the KM strategic vision

Profile and Skills to Success

    Academic background: BSc in Management, Economics, Data / Information Management, Business / Marketing Intelligence Interest in Investment Banking, Economics, Markets, Finance At ease with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data tools (as Power BI or others) Fluency in English is mandatory Open to learning, ability to assimilate quickly and effectively Ability to synthesize, simplify and organize Structural and analytical thinker Curious with attention to detail Collaborative and good interpersonal and communication skill
