In "Corporate Risk and Broking" we support companies in effective risk and insurance management. Considering clients corporate goals, we develop robust and economical strategies to mitigate risks, transferring it to insurers.

As Platform Claims Administrator your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.

You’ll be working on real client projects, acting as a Third-Party Administrator for Brokage Clients and you could evolve towards a task with a dedicated system for a given product, depending on the delegations and claims management.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Registration of the FNOL (First notification of Loss)
  • Instruction of the file on receipt of the documents required to process the claim
  • Compensation of the claim (settlement while respecting the client's commitments: deadline and quality)
  • Ensuring the day-to-day relationship with clients, third parties and insurers
  • Potential appointment of a loss adjuster
  • Informing the client of ongoing actions and advising on possible recovery and follow-up to the claim
  • Updating statistical reports
