Role Purpose

  • Manage the Website stream of Digital Transformation projects for VBU;
  • Manage the Business website, with focus on improving customer journeys, optimizing conversion, and implementing new functionalities. Ensure the update of communication and commercial offer content within deadlines. Ensure that branding guidelines and UX best practices are followed;
  • Analyse and identify website development opportunities to improve UX/UI layouts and functionalities;
  • Manage implementation projects, in alignment with technical teams, to develop eCommerce capabilities of Vodafone Business Solutions;
  • Coordination of the annual digital marketing plan & digital campaigns (social, SEM, Display Ads), focus on raising leads and sales conversion;
  • Work closely with Go to Market teams (Soho and small/medium enterprises and large and public segments), Brand and Digital teams in order to implement initiatives to continuously improve the website experience;
  • Guarantee the better practices for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO);
  • Analyse and understand the campaigns results and channel performance, by the main KPI’s reports from adobe analytics and internal reports;
  • Build executive documents and presentations to support the initiatives and projects;
  • Coordinate the work of internships and outsourcing team members, when applicable.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and track digital projects’ implementation in alignment with a wide range of teams and external suppliers;
  • Ensure Business Website is optimized in terms of customer journeys, UI/UX and content;
  • Track performance and optimize (un)assisted eCommerce journeys;
  • Optimize ROI of digital marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor results and take decisions;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams;
  • Comfortable with multitasking and multidisciplinary subjects;
  • Execution against the Online Roadmap;
  • Website and eCommerce KPIs (visits, leads, sales, savings);
  • Digital campaigns’ results (conversion).
Competencies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Management, Marketing, Marketing Management or similar;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on business development;
  • Focus on goals and deadlines planning;
  • Analytical capabilities with a strong desire to deliver and develop;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • PMO and implementation of projects E2E (from insights and data analysis, presentation of the solution to stakeholders and implementation of the solution);
  • Understand customer journeys;
  • Agile methodologies understanding is a plus;
  • UX and UI principles understanding;
  • Understanding of industry trends, market and customer dynamics and contribute to digital business strategy;
  • Good Office skills;
  • Familiarity with digital tools (eg.: Adobe Analytics, );
  • Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
