What you will be doing...

We have some fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a ‘Destinations’ Customer Helper Representative for Summer 2023!

Reporting into our In-Resort Management Team, you will represent Jet2holidays in delivering industry leading service in Funchal with the flexibility to travel and support our wider operation across our other Destinations as required.

What will I do as a Destinations Customer Helper/Representative?

• 
  Be Present during our customers holidays, supporting them in our hotels and at the airport - you will be the face of Jet2holidays for our customers
• Create Memories for our customers by recommending local experiences and attractions to match their needs
• Take Responsibility for any customer queries or problems quickly and effectively, logging these using our in-house digital systems
• Work as One Team - Depending on operational needs, you will be required to work across your local destination or any other Jet2holidays destination requiring support.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people. To be successful in this role, you will be flexible to travel across our destinations for up to 2 weeks at a time and happy to learn as much as you can about our destinations to pass on your knowledge to our customers.

As all our customers are arriving from the UK, it is essential you can speak English fluently and effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders in multiple situations.

You will also already be a driver with access to your own transport whilst in your local destination and be able to provide the required Right to Work documents for the country where you will be based.

When supporting in other Jet2holidays Destinations - travel, accommodation and expenses will all be covered by Jet2holidays, and you will receive an allowance for your time spent in other destinations.
