THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst for an international project in the financial area;

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and developers;

• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications through needs assessment;

• Elaborate and operationalize test acceptance criteria;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 10 years' experience on the role for which the service is being hired;

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function;

• Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;

• Oral and written fluency in English;

• Ability to lead teams and projects;

• Proactivity and autonomy to make decisions;

• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities.

• Strong sense of commitment to the client;

• High problem solving and solution creation skills;

• Ease of communication with the client and team (for feedback transmission).
