DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and manages the team within Payments OperationsDevelops and administers team schedules and performance requirements.
Identifies improvement opportunities in workflow, and/or team structure and suggest solutions.
Identifies opportunities to improve user experience and communicate to delivery lead and client teams.
Serves as a leader within the team; Interfaces effectively with other teams.
Coaches team members to improve work performance (e.g., Quality, Schedule Adherence, Attendance)
Administers performance improvement plans and other disciplinary actions (as needed)
Acts as a career counselor to team members.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Graduate with 3-6 years of working experience, preferably with 2 years of domain knowledge.Quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team.
Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
Has passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
Has proven track record of success in previous work experiences.
Has strong computer applications skills.
Has good knowledge of culture/language of the countries supported is an advantage.
Has the ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
Has good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Has an analytical frame of mind.
