The position requires collaborating/ working with the local teams in Qatar and regional teams to achieve the below : Ensuring certification/ licenses renewal on time. Ensuring compliance with AML/ regulatory requirements/ reporting. Working on the People agenda to support Pulse/ GPS score. This includes office events, CSP calls, wellbeing initiatives,. . . . Further digitizing office/staff initiatives. Supporting CSP on Partners meetings. Supporting Partners with monitoring financial KPIs xLoS. Oversee office related matters. Working with the Em Tech local and regional teams and the Qatar IT Consulting teams to amplify Em Tech Lab and the DAC in Qatar. Reviewing and approving all external vendors' contracts/ agreements. Preparing/ reviewing slide decks for leadership presentations. Ensuring the Qatar Ops Dashboard is updated weekly on all aspects and trying to further improve/ enhance.
