Job Description & Summary

The job entails leading and streamlining the operations in Qatar which includes R&Q, finance, HC, Office Management, Marketing, IT and People agenda.

The position requires collaborating/ working with the local teams in Qatar and regional teams to achieve the below :

• Ensuring certification/ licenses renewal on time.

• Ensuring compliance with AML/ regulatory requirements/ reporting.

• Working on the People agenda to support Pulse/ GPS score.

This includes office events, CSP calls, wellbeing initiatives,.

• Further digitizing office/staff initiatives.

• Supporting CSP on Partners meetings.

• Supporting Partners with monitoring financial KPIs xLoS.

• Oversee office related matters.

• Working with the Em Tech local and regional teams and the Qatar IT Consulting teams to amplify Em Tech Lab and the DAC in Qatar.

• Reviewing and approving all external vendors' contracts/ agreements.

• Preparing/ reviewing slide decks for leadership presentations.

• Ensuring the Qatar Ops Dashboard is updated weekly on all aspects and trying to further improve/ enhance.
