Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 15+ years of experience in onshore/offshore pipeline engineering with at least 5 years demonstrated senior onshore pipeline engineering experience in major capital projects
• Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience on Qatar RLIC onshore project(s) is an added advantage.

Technical and Business Skills * Competent in use of Pipeline engineering softwares e.g. AutoCAD, Microstation, CAESAR II, MATHCAD

• Sound knowledge of ASME B31.4 and B31.8 with DNV ST F101 design codes is an added advantage.
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
