General note The function description for the Warranty Administrator set out below is oriented to the aim of protecting the interests of customers, dealers, and manufacturers in the event of a warranty claim.

Area of responsibility : When called upon to act, the Warranty Administrator must ensure by optimum deployment of the instruments of technical after-sales service that the maximum possible customer satisfaction is attained.

The basis of his/her activities is set out in the warranty handbook.

He/she provides the link between the dealer and the manufacturer's technical after-sales service function.

Customer satisfaction

Quality monitoring

Represents the dealer and the manufacturer in dealings with the customer in the event of complaints, based on existing rules and standards.

Cooperate with Service Advisors and Workshop Foremen with the aim of producing warranty claims which are correct and proper in terms of form and content.

Monitor the warranty cases processed by the importer, making corrections where appropriate as per the error report.
