The purpose of the EMEA Alliances team is to channel and spearhead our growth in the tech-enabled transformation space, by working even more closely with our technology partners and clients, and focusing on large scale, cross-territory transformational portfolios of work. We are looking towards the addition of new leaders to strategically and operationally drive these EMEA level alliance relationships forward.

As the alliance driver you will support, drive and facilitate the effective running of the AWS team. Ideally having had experience of delivering AWS projects before you will understand what is required to help create and maintain a best in class function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drives and feeds into coordination and execution of global strategy in region (and across the network as needed) with primary focus on ongoing Alliance alignment, business development and demand generation activities through the Alliance

  • Promotes field/sales relationships within the Alliance in region and key priority network territories (non-US/non-Americas)

  • Supports Alliance cross-territory pursuits in region (and across the network as needed) with focus on priority accounts; leans-in on deals and helps drive pursuits to close

  • Drives joint account planning against priority accounts and large pursuit coordination across the network

  • Helps determine priority Alliance territories within the region and engages with local territory leadership and Alliance counterparts on strategy alignment and deals

  • Promotes awareness of priority global solutions and key industry alignment in region and across other priority network territories as needed

  • Identifies and nurtures Alliance synergies across territories

  • Facilitates meeting cadence with sales contacts in the Alliance as well as with key territory contacts

  • Encourages sharing of local Alliance initiatives & plans across the network

Measures of success and examples of key deliverables:

  • Attainment of a pipeline and wins conversion within the region and across other priority network territories as needed

  • Identification of large transformational Alliance deals across the network

  • Key Alliance sales relationships across the network (primarily non-US/non-Americas)

  • Key PwC relationships covering the Alliance across the region and other priority network territories as needed

  • Identification of global priority accounts

  • Increased priority solution adoption with industry focus across key network territories (non-US/non-Americas)

  • Feedback from territories re: contribution to key pursuits and leverage of Alliance relationships

  • Accurate pipeline/wins tracking across the network

  • Qualified leads and sales intelligence from the Alliance

  • Regional Alliance growth targets and contributions to overall global team goal

  • Global priority account planning and alignment

  • Global competitor intelligence from the Alliance

  • Status reporting to Global Alliance Leader & other stakeholders

  • Pipeline/Wins Tracking process and report within the region and across priority network territories

  • Bi-weekly or monthly cadence with Alliance sales team and PwC account teams

  • Contributions to the global program newsletter
