We are looking for a Customer Service Agent preferably with background in the medical field.

Professional who is Responsible for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. Position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the computer while talking with patients.

Job Requirement:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a customer service agent or any relevant role
• University college degree is an asset
• Must have valid QID and transferrable visa
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Arabic speaker is a plus
