Apprentice Enrichment Coordinator

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 depending on skills and experience


What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the Learner Experience Manager UK and the National Apprentice Council to produce and update a BAE systems UK Learner Experience and Enrichment Strategy, specifically around enrichment and the Learner Voice process and procedure
  • Supporting the National Apprentice Council and Apprentice Governance Group as required, pre and post meeting
  • Creating and sustaining a culture of networking to enable the creative development of enrichment programmes and enhancing the learner experience via effective working relationships with apprentices, delivery teams and various external groups
  • Engaging with external organisations to capitalise on good practice and promote a shared culture of improvement throughout BAE systems UK in relation to all aspects of the learner experience and learner voice

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

  • Outstanding organisational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of engaging others and promoting participation in activity that promotes positive wellbeing
  • English & Maths L2 or above

Desirable

  • Knowledge of current safeguarding and/or SEND practice and legislation
  • Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes to input, analyse and present data

The Learner Experience team:

You will work to provide additional support to learners as well as working alongside the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team. This is a role in which you can make an impact on learner experience by ensuring apprentices are able to enhance their learner journey through additional activities. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to complete your L3 Teaching Award.
