Our Client Halian is partnered with a rapidly growing ecommerce startup that is looking for a talented Chief Technology Officer to join their team. This company is focused on providing high-quality products and services to customers across the GCC. They have a strong commitment to innovation and technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, in close collaboration with the executive team
• Manage all aspects of technology development and operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and data analytics
• Lead a team of talented engineers and developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to build cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers and enable us to stay ahead of our competition
• Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for technology development and operations
• Ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable, and that it meets the needs of our growing business
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations to the executive team on how to leverage these trends to improve our products and services
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on ecommerce platforms and technologies
• 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies, including Agile development, cloud computing, and big data analytics
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for technology development and operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop plans to capitalize on them
