What is the frog Placement Programme?

Our 11-month programme running from Sept 2023 – August 2024, provides an insight into working at the cutting edge of Marketing, Business & Technology transformation.

You will embark on a challenging and exciting journey to help our clients change the way they work, behave, and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a series of live consulting projects, enabling you to develop core skills and gain hands-on experience from industry leaders.

This exciting opportunity comes with exposure to a range of sectors across our iconic client portfolio including Consumer Products & Retail, Public sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Life sciences. Projects can vary from optimising marketing operations, developing engagement strategies to creating new digital workflows; all through the lens of enabling the right technology and business capabilities.

The programme commences with a thorough and welcoming induction week where you will learn about frog and our business, be introduced to core consulting skills, and have the opportunity to network and socialise with fellow frogs. You will begin to create relationships across the organisation and acquire a foundation of core skills, tools, and methodologies to help you accelerate your career. Throughout the duration of the programme, you will have the opportunity to work across our diverse teams and explore their areas of expertise. You will be part of a project team, building trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them change the way they work and transform their business to achieve their goals. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills through interesting and challenging work.

Eligibility
  • Open only to undergraduate students in a sandwich year course returning to study in Autumn 2024
  • You should be studying for a degree relevant to the role (for example but not limited to Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Design, Design, Psychology, Behavioural Psychology, Behavioural Science)
  • At the time of starting employment, you must have the right to work in the UK
What you will need?

You will have:

  • A desire to work with clients to transform their business, marketing and strategy
  • Curiosity in topics such as marketing, brand strategy, design and performance, content strategy, customer experience and loyalty, customer relationship management, customer/user research and insights
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse teams to develop innovative & practical solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a professional manner
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Strong MS Office skills

Whilst the office base is London, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location as the role may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.

At frog, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not screen purely based on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including strengths assessments and an assessment centre.
