JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting a company with various business interests in Zambia, to recruit a mature and experienced, PRIVATE RETREAT MANAGERESS to manage their private retreat, located on the outskirts of Lusaka. Requirements Hospitality related degree or diploma required for work permit. 3 plus years’ experience managing the BOH & FOH day-to-day operations of an intimate lodge in Africa. Previous experience with purchasing of supplies (excluding F&B requirements) and stock control. Experience managing a team of approximately 20 staff HR administration and basic bookkeeping experience. Guest centric with an eye for detail Excellent administration, organisational, time management and communication skills.
